A design/build project is based on a relationship, and our relationship with you is the most important part of your project. You really are looking for more than just a contractor. You are looking for a company with whom you feel comfortable, a company who can do what you ask and do it exceptionally well, with respect, sensitivity and consideration.

That’s why, before any decisions are made, we sit down together to discuss your project, you talk, - we listen. We listen to what you want for your home. We listen to what concerns and fears you may have. We listen for how you want to be treated. Then we tell you a little about how we like to do business. We will tell you about the kind of craftsmanship and the value you can expect to receive from us and how. Though we’ll be happy to provide you with a very rough estimate at no charge at this meeting, price isn’t our primary consideration in choosing who we work with - and it shouldn’t be yours either. We fully support you in choosing a company that fits for you. We want to help you realize your vision for your home.
